Personal Data Privacy Notice
This notice explains the personal data we process, why, who receives it and your rights.

1. Controller and data
The controller under Law No. 6698 is Sergün Güney (Ustam Sensin), Örnek Mah. 1559 Sk. No: 3 İç Kapı No: 3, Manavgat / Antalya. Contact: info@ustamsensin.com, +90 505 355 48 07. We process the form fields, language, source page and submission time; Cloudflare may process IP and browser data for Turnstile.
2. Purposes and grounds
- Responding and arranging a free visit
- Preparing a quotation and performing agreed work
- Preventing abuse and meeting legal duties
3. Recipients
We do not sell data or use it for marketing. Name, phone and area are delivered only by Resend to the authorised business email account. Optional Telegram alerts contain no personal data, only the request ID. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, Turnstile and the 30-day KV recovery copy. Providers may process data outside Türkiye.
4. Retention
To prevent a request from being lost if notification delivery fails, form records are stored in Cloudflare KV for no more than 30 days and then deleted automatically. Necessary details are also sent to the authorised business email account. Provider logs follow provider terms.
5. Rights
You may request access, information, correction or deletion and exercise your other KVKK rights via info@ustamsensin.com or Örnek Mah. 1559 Sk. No: 3 İç Kapı No: 3, Manavgat / Antalya.
